We love the sport of trail and ultra running with a passion, but there's no doubt it's not a diverse pastime. So we want to make it easier to share it with people of color to make this small part of the world more inclusive, as explained in this PodiumRunner Magazine article.
Therefore we're offering three free six-month coaching spots with Ian Sharman, Matt Laye and Sean Meissner to runners from the BIPOC community who haven't got into trails or ultras yet, for whatever reason. Plus Scott Jones from Becoming Ultra is offering an additional spot.
If you'd like to apply then just fill in our contact form and tell us a little about yourself. In particular we want runners who'll share their experiences with friends and encourage even more people to try out the trails and the long stuff.
You have until July 10th to apply and our aim is to use this as an introduction to this side of the sport, then to offer free spots again in six more months.
