ABOUT US

Liza ran her first ultramarathon in 2008 and has been balancing racing, training, work and a young family ever since. Liza has won several hundred-mile races and also held the USATF 100k and 50-mile national trail titles in 2011. Her 100-mile PR of 15:07 is one of the fastest trail times ever by a woman, run while nursing a newborn throughout the day!
